Our shoes are handpicked from HAL SHOES collections. However, we are a 3rd party OUTLET and not affiliated with the sales at the HAL SHOES stores. Our shoes ship from a warehouse and are NOT available for pickup.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking.

We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged during delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the item is delivered to your home we are no longer able to take responsibility for the whereabouts of your package. If a special delivery option is needed, we must be informed before your package is shipped out. 



Our shoes are sourced from past seasons and have been tried on, displayed, and stored. Minor imperfections may occur due to storage and handling.

Occasionally factory pen marks are found on shoes, we work hard at the outlet to remove them for you. Any markings missed can be removed by applying heat from a blow dryer, and they disappear in seconds. 

HAL OUTLET does not take any responsibility for the damage of any shoe, including scraping, peeling, or ripping - even if worn once.

We try our best to provide photos that are as accurate as possible
